Inspiron 24-3477, AC error
My Dell Inspiron 24-3477 AIO will turn on for few seconds, then show this error =
The AC adapter wattage and type can not be determined. The system will adjust the performance to match the power available. Please connect a Dell 65w AC adapter or greater for the best system performance. Alert! keyboard initiation failure.
and switch off back. Can anyone help me out on what to do?

it is and AIO, the fake desktops, so. has power pack like laptops have.
is the power pack marked DELL , or a clone or mixed upwith other (I have like 10 behind a desk)
if yes, dell what model dell pack is it the DP/N # is the model .
so read your pack sticker is it 65w or more?, a 1 second simple look.
if the pack is ok, then you something inside CONSUMING way too much power and overloading VRMs.
it needs service. (many things in PCs can fail, and we remove things to find them bad)
we do fault isolation test next, (strip down testing ) are you game if not time to take it to a shop .

This Inspiron 24-3477 originally sold to RENT-A-CENTER INC in PLANO, Texas USA 75024 on 5/14/18 with a warranty that ends on 8/13/19.
Based on your Forum IP address, you are in Madrid, Spain? If correct, before Dell EURO can assist, you will need to transfer the ownership from them into your name using the online form.
The AC adapter that shipped from Dell with this Inspiron 24-3477 was for USA power voltage =
MGJN9 Liteon 65w, 19.5v, 3 pin, 4.5mm
My guess is you would need some sort of EURO power adapter?

I am actually in Nigeria, not Spain. Can you link me up with Dell NIG and can I still go ahead with the "transfer of ownership form" link?
The 3477 actually came with a different adapter which read 65w, 3pin and 4.5mm but not a Dell AC adapter. Again, this third party AC adapter worked with the Dell inspiron 3477 in US because the seller showed me screenshots of the specification and the charger that powered it on effortlessly is still the same I have with me here. I have a goal zero yeti 1000 and 1250 I plug it into to see the outcome yet the error still came up.
Assuming I want to order a Dell Inspiron 3477 original AC adapter that will work here in NIG. Can you advise me on what to get.

Go here. I have no idea what AC adapter you should get for Nigeria. Only they could tell you.
